A great class for any level, weighted body bars help aid you in this strength and toning based class. Fun music and unique exercises lend themselves to this fun strength and toning focused session!
Come ready to SWEAT! Morning classes are high intensity interval and body weight training designed to kick your tail! Afternoon classes are moderate to high intensity aimed at challenging your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. BE ready to WORK!
This class works on body balance, posture, and aims to lower your risk of injury. CORE will help strengthen the muscles of your trunk and pelvis which are important in maintaining the stability of the spine and pelvis. Core Strength is designed for the INTERMEDIATE to ADVANCED fitness levels.
This high energy class focuses on intervals of cardio mixed in with toning and sculpting strength exercises. Don't let the name fool you, any fitness levels are welcome. We use resistance bands, body bars, dumbbells, and other accessories to give you the best workout in the shortest amount of time!
Spinning is held at Patty Center.
Spinning focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery. This class uses a special stationary bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
This class combines Latin dancing with interval and resistance training for a full-body, rhythmic workout. Zumba focuses on creating a party-like workout environment, be prepared to shake it!
