Amy Topkok is a
Program Assistant for CRCD Health. She’s originally from
Kotzebue, Alaska and can speak Norwegian fluently. Her husband and three sons have lived here
in Fairbanks since 1992. They are currently active in the
Native community of Fairbanks by participating in the
community Eskimo Dance group, Pavva Inupiaq Dancers of
Fairbanks. They’ve Eskimo-danced for over 7 years here in
Fairbanks.
Amy has a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree in Drawing from UAF in
1997. Amy still draws for fun, and has an interest in
animals, children, and arts and crafts. Amy and her family
thoroughly enjoy all the different activities that are
offered here in Fairbanks.
Working for the CRCD Health programs for the last three
years has made Amy realize that she is happy to help people
living in the rural areas to help them continue their
education and get the training needed to help people in
Alaska. |
