Shawn Russell has an
educational background in psychology and in public
administration. She has worked in a variety of capacities in
the fields of education and health care for the past 15
years.
She is a certified professional coder and certified grants
specialist, and is a faculty member in UAF's
distance-delivered Allied Health Program. This
program serves administrative health care students
statewide, and offers coursework in medical billing and
coding, health care administration, and basic anatomy and
pathology. |
