CRCD Health Program's Needs Your Help!

Since 2002, CRCD Health Programs has responded to the critical need to train Rural Alaskan residents in the delivery of village-based human services. Our success has been overwhelming. To sustain our programs and initiate program expansions, we need to report on the progress of past graduates. Each graduate who submits a completed form will receive an appreciation gift. Our form will take less than 5 minutes to submit and all personal information will be kept confidential.
