Review of Breast
anatomy and physiology. Identification of breast cancer risk
factors, methods of early detection, warning signs, and support
measures.
Emphasis is on breast self-exam. (BSE) and the importance of
clinical breast examinations and mammography. Course is self study
with three audio conferences for group discussion.

In-depth study of Current Procedural
Terminology (CPT) and the International Classification of diseases (ICD)
systems used in the medical setting. Examines the medical and legal
uses of the CPT and ICT code systems in inpatient and outpatient

settings, urgent care settings, billing departments and ancillary
medical
professions. Prepares students to take national certification exams.
