How to Submit Your Proposal? Applications Accepted: Jan. 15, 2004 - March 15, 2004 The RFP application must be typed, single-spaced, single-sided pages on standard 81/2" x 11" paper with 1" margins. Handwritten proposals will not be accepted. Do not place the application in a binder or folder: connect the application with a single staple in the top, left-hand corner. Be sure to get this RFP application into our office on or before the 15 March 2004 deadline. If you complete the application early, feel free to send the completed applications before the deadline. Take the time to have colleagues read, and even review using the screening tools, and make recommendations on your application. Late proposals will not be accepted and proposals receiving a "no" response to any of the nine questions in the Preliminary Screening Process will be disqualified. Regardless of the manner of submittal, original applications, including letters of support and signature pages, must be mailed via US Postal Service or other carrier to the address below. Applicants are strongly encouraged to send your applications via email and to fax the two letters of support and the signature pages to the Program Development Specialist/Manager (see Contact Information below).
