You really need some help writing your Evaluation Plan or your Executive Summary needs a little boost. Well, because you have set your timeline to give you two weeks to let the application sit before the 15 March 2004 deadline we can help! If (and that is quite a loaded word, but, if) you give us time before the deadline, we would be happy to review what you have written and make suggestions for a more solid application. These reviews will be conducted via email or fax, and we will respond to you within 24 hours. We suggest you email or fax at least two of us so at minimum, one of us will definitely respond to you within 24 hours. Things happen to all of us, and we don't want to delay you because the one person you sent your edits to is out of the office that day! We will not accept any requests after 11 March 2004! What do You Need to do? Submitting sections for review or help via email: In the Subject line of the email, label as "RFP Application Help" so we will give your email priority to get it back to you within 24 hours. Send the sections either within the body of the email or as a .doc or .rtf attachment. Give us specific areas to help you with because the more specific you are the better our suggestions will fit the problem. If you are submitting sections for review or help via fax: On the cover sheet, please label as "RFP Application Help" and send the sections with your specific concerns. Also, include your return fax number so we can return our suggestions.
