I joined the Department of Communication in Februrary 2008 as an Administrative Generalist. My working career consists namely of positions in the private sector, including banking and massage therapy. I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from Alaska Pacific University, and I am attending the Graduate Program in Professional Communication.

My scholarly interests include creativity as an individual and community process, social ecology, community-building, Interpersonal Communication, and Organizational Communication.My core focus is on individual and collective well-being.
