UAF Students
CASE (Changing Alaska Science Education) GK-12 program
Are you a science graduate student interested in enhancing your teaching skills? Do you want to learn more about communicating science to the public? We encourage you to think about becoming a CASE GK-12 graduate fellow. Fellows receive training in teaching methods and science communication, then go on to work in K-12 classrooms. Fellows are eligible for tuition waivers and a competitive 12-month stipend.
We will be accepting applications for graduate fellows for the 2013-2014 school year in October of 2012. Information sessions will be held on October 19, 2012 & October 25, 2012 in the Runcorn room of the Reichardt Building at UAF from 4:00-5:00.
