At 70 pounds the 1995 bridge was the lightest at the national competition and won 1st place in the weight category. Four team members constructed the bridge in 4.47 minutes which held a load of 2500 pounds over the center 6' of deck. Overall the bridge took 4th place at the nationals competiting against 31 other universities.
