UAF Chukchi Campus Recognized by HUD
The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and it's Office of University partnerships recently recognized UAF Chukchi's community development efforts in the Kotzebue region. Other partners in this effort that deserve recognition and credit include the Alaska Technical Center (ATC), the Native Village of Kotzebue, Northwest Inupiaq Housing Authority (NIHA), North West Electric, and the National Park Service. Teacher Certification Newsletter Created
To help education professionals around Alaska attain the required Alaska Studies, Multicultural, and Continuing Education Credits, UAF Chukchi has created the UAF Chukchi Teacher Certification Newsletter. This newsletter contains certification, loan forgiveness, and other important news and updates. In addition, we will provide the courses offered through UAF each semester that satisfies the Alaska Studies and Multicultural requirements to make your class search and selection process easier.

UAF Chukchi created a listserve today to inform students, employees, and community partners of important news and announcements. News and announcements will include, but are not limited to: scholarships, registration announcements, financial aid, employment opportunities, policy changes, and other important information.
