Assignment of slide or poster format for Presentation #4

Objectives:

  1. Explain the concept and functional significance of signal transduction (first introduced in chapter 15 with respect to hormonal control of glycogen metabolism, pg. 446-447; 451).
  2. Given Fig. 21-12, 21-15, 21-16 or 21-19 explain each component of the signaling pathway based on adenylate cyclase, receptor tyrosine kinases and phosphoinositides.
