Graduate Students must take their contract letter to the Graduate School office before you will be added to the insurance. Make sure you meet the deadline.

All Graduate students enrolled in a UAF, UAA or UAS Graduate Program and are paid a stipend are automatically enrolled in this insurance plan. Graduate students must go to the Graduate School Office by the set DEADLINE and show a copy of their contract letter to complete the enrollment process. Graduate students employed by the Graduate Office must be taking 9 credits, must be a TA or an RA and must pay the Health Center Fee if in the local area.
