Carol Diehl, Ed.D.

I am Carol Diehl, a Senior Staff Counselor at the Center for Health and
Counseling. I will be beginning my 22nd year of service at UAF this
Fall '03. My work primarily includes clinical practice, crisis
intervention and consultation with other UAF staff and faculty. I
likewise enjoy opportunities to do group work and other
outreach/training presentations. I also occasionally teach courses in
the Psychology Program, holding Affiliate Associate Professor status.
Prior to moving to Alaska, I lived and worked in Ohio, Pennsylvania and
West Virginia. There my clinical work was focused primarily in the
fields of juvenile corrections and higher education counseling.
My undergraduate work was accomplished at Juniata College in Huntingdon,
PA and my graduate work was completed at West Virginia University in
Morgantown, WV.
