The Student Health and Counseling Center is here to help you.

Taking care of your medical health and your mental health are our first priority.  Providing us with a little bit of information about you, will assist us in better meeting your needs.  The health inventory and immunization form should be turned in to the Center prior to your arrival or upon your arrival. 

Required Immunizations :  Proof of 2 MMRs (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)  Current Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertusis booster) within last 10 years, and a current PPD (Tuberculosis Skin Test) in the last year.

Our Health Center provides these required immunizations and students can receive them when they arrive if they have not received them prior to arrival.

Tdap (Tetanus,Diphtheria & Pertusis booster) $45  (prices subject to change without notice)

PPD (Tuberculosis Skin Test)  No charge

Other items can be checked for immunity by having a simple blood draw done, such as

Varicella (chicken pox)

Health Care reform has been upheld by the Supreme Court. We will not have any NEW pricing or insurance policy information until mid July or early August. We do know however, there will be significant changes in the policy and the premiums will increase.

The HIPAA law requirement is different than FERPA. Students must fill out the consent for release in order for us to be able to legally talk to parents.

If you are 18 years old or older and want Mom and/or Dad to be able to talk to us in regards to your medical records, for billing insurance, payments, counseling or other reasons, you must fill out this form.
