Kathleen Schedler

Kathleen Schedler was appointed associate vice chancellor for facilities in August 2001. She has been with UAF since serving as a regional engineer, deputy director and director of Planning and Project Services and director of Facilities Services.

Schedler holds appointments to the Chancellor's Cabinet, the facilities council and the Master Planning Committee.

Schedler earned a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from UAF in 1977 and is a lifetime member of the UAF Alumni Association. She is recognized as a professional mechanical engineer by the state of Alaska and belongs to various professional organizations including the International Conference of Building Officials and the Association of Higher Education Building Officers.
