New Publications on Septic Systems

Septic systems can pose a potential health threat if not maintained properly or due to a flood.  In 2008 the Water Quality Program created two publications on septic systems with a grant from the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation.

Domestic Water Use: A Resource Guide for Extension

Pacific Northwest educators and extension personnel are frequently called upon to answer questions or concerns regarding drinking water.
