Over 100 individuals attended this year's Alaska Invasive Species Conference in Ketchikan Alaska. This was the 10th year folks from agencies, organizations, tribal and public groups across Alaska gathered to focus on working cooperatively to manage invasive plants, insects and aquatic species. Peg Brady, from the National Invasive Species Council was one of the highlighted speakers. The Conference was organized by Michele Hebert and Ronda Halvarson from the Tanana District and many volunteers.
