Rural Development Projects Map

Since Alaska is such a huge landmass, there exists a wide diversity of communities, cultures and needs.

Our projects focus primarily on rural communities off of the road system in Southeast Alaska, Kodiak Island, the Lake and Peninsula Borough, Bristol Bay and the Yukon-Kuskowkim River drainage.

Projects in the Copper River Valley and on the Kenai Peninsula support road accessible communities which are removed from the municipal centers of Anchorage and Fairbanks by distances greater than 150 miles.

Each area marked by a magnifying glass icon has projects taking place in that area, with more details available by following the links below the map.
