Reporting
We offer the following resources for our faculty and staff as they are compiling, analyzing, and writing up summaries of the activities, evaluations, and impacts relevant to Extension work.
- We offer electronic files that can be used to create e-reports, making reports easier to share with others. There are separate forms for recording workloads, tenure reviews, activities, etc.
- We have uploaded several example reports to read that can give you an idea of how our Extension peers have written up their activities and highlights in the past.
- We also have posted several workshop assessment tools that you can use to gather feedback from our clients. Please browse through the available formats and choose one that best fits your needs. Pass them out at the end of your classes and workshops to elicit useful feedback that can be referenced in your narrative summaries and impact reports.
- The University of Wisconsin Extension (UWEX) offers several helpful links and articles regarding how to effectively conduct a program evaluation.
- You may also want to visit our related link to the UAF Degree Program and Student Learning Outcomes Assessment Site.
- Several peer institutions offer some background information on the Logic Model including articles with suggestions on using such models and targeting outcomes.
- Please visit our page on impact statements for advice on how to write them as well as for several examples of completed statements.
- We also encourage you to write success stories that can be added to your records and shared in our national and federal reports. You can share them with us here: Submit Success Story.
