Working Together to Make Changes
2 - 3 hour workshop (presentation plus workshop activities) for community councils, neighborhood groups or organizations
This workshop is intended to help your group address/identify community issues and potential strategies to address them. Workshop materials include the CES publication - "Working Together to Make Changes" and may include other CES resources (faculty) and/or fact sheets depending upon the particular issue of concern ie developing a community garden, etc.
Cost of workshop materials - $5 per person.
Presented by Tony Nakazawa, Ph.D. - Extension Economist (Dr Nakazawa has worked with communities and local groups dealing with topics ranging from fund raising for local projects to community economic development planning.)
