Minimum Requirements for Certificate: 31 credits; for Degree: 60 credits

The office management and technology program provides students with the specific skills needed to obtain entry level employment or achieve career advancement. Review courses aimed at preparing candidates for the certified professional secretary examination are offered annually.

Courses are offered covering basic knowledge and skills, emerging technology, advanced procedures and interpersonal skills. Potential careers for graduates include office secretary, stenographer, file clerk, receptionist, word information processors and office supervisors. This program offers both an A.A.S. degree and a certificate. This A.A.S. degree is an approved minor for the B.A. degree.
