Center for Nanosensor Technology • (907) 474-7326

The Center for Nanosensor Technology, founded in 2001, is part of the College of Natural Science and Mathematics and serves as a base for research and development of microscale sensors. Established with funding from the U.S. Department of Defense, the center is involved in the design, simulation, prototyping and testing of low-power miniature sensor networks for biological, chemical, physical and other applications. In addition, the center supports basic nano-scale research.
