The UA Board of Regents deleted one certificate program at its June 2003 meeting. The certificate in Emergency Services was listed in the printed and web versions of the UAF catalog; however, this program is no longer offered.

The UA Board of Regents approved two new degrees at its April 2003 meeting. The degree programs were not listed in the printed or web versions of the UAF catalog; however, they will be effective for the fall 2003 school year.

The College of Rural Alaska now offers a Certificate in Educator: Para-Professional (EDPA) and an Associate of Applied Science in Educator: Para-Professional (EDPA).
