Windows computer labs are available. Courses provide instruction in word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, databases, internet and desktop publishing. Classes are taught using hands-on lessons and exercises, and are offered for students with beginning to intermediate skills.
Students currently employed may take CIOS classes to improve their computer applications skills. Those unemployed may take these classes to develop the computer skills necessary for employment.
CIOS classes may apply to the computer application specialty of the applied business degree.
