HOW TO SIGN UP FOR ON CAMPUS RECRUITING:

If you're interested in coming on campus, we can assist you in meeting your recruiting goals. Our objective is to ensure that your on-campus recruiting at UAF is as efficient and effective as possible. We request five weeks notice for an individual employer visit. Please complete the on campus recruitment forms and return them by fax to:

On campus recruiting can involve any or all of these options:

Application materials collection (Can include prescreening for base qualifications. On campus interviews can be scheduled during the academic year and includes application screening; an "open" recruitment indicates that all applicants with base qualification will be scheduled for interviews while a "closed" recruitment involves the employer will screen the applicants before interview times are set.)

Information sessions (Can be coordinated to answer in-depth questions, spend informal time with applicants and potential applicants and/or show company videos. If on campus, we can provide all logistical support including marketing, room scheduling, food and beverage scheduling and equipment needs. )

Class presentations can be scheduled directly with faculty for appropriate classes. Please see UAF Telephone Directory or contact the Career Center for assistance.

Lunch with Faculty/Staff Can be scheduled with Career Center staff. UAF Staff and Faculty are interested in learning more about your organization!
