The Job Shadow Program is co-sponsored by Career Services and the UAF Alumni Association. This program allows UAF students to shadow an employer in the student's field of study at the mentor's place of employment for a single ½ day. This promotes mentorship, career exploration, and networking between UAF students, UAF Alumni, and the Fairbanks Community.
