The Physical Plant houses maintenance and shop facilities. UAF Facilities Services is based here. Shuttle bus storage, cleaning and transportation services occupy one of the buildings and another cluster of buildings house the PCB storage building, the UAF Petroleum Labs, cold storage, the Mineral Industry Research Laboratory Building and a greenhouse.
