The Chena Building, Tanana Valley Campus Downtown Center focuses on general education at the certificate and associate degree levels. Computer labs and an office lab are located in the Chena Building. The Chena Building’s downtown location is especially convenient for students already in the workforce.

The center is part of a three-building complex: the Lathrop Building, Chena Building and the Lacey Street Theater stand side by side between First and Second Avenues, west of Lacey Street
