Billing and Payment Information

You have several options when making a payment:

1. In Person: If you would like to make a payment in person, please come to the UAF Business Office located on the first floor of Signers' Hall. Our hours of operation are from 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
2. By Web: Log into UAOnline to pay for balances with your Visa, Mastercard, Debit card, or checking account.
3. By Mail: To make a payment by mail, return the top portion of your billing statement in the provided envelope with payment. If you have not been billed yet, mail your payment, UA ID number, and what the payment is for to:

4. By Phone: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Debit card payments over the phone during business hours. To make a payment on your account, dial (907) 474-7384.
5. By Fax: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Debit cards. Please fax your credit card number, expiration date, amount authorized for payment, your signature, UAF account number, a daytime phone number and what the payment is for to (907) 474-5898. This option is available 24 hours a day.
