PolarExpress

Your Polar Express card is your permanent University Identification card. Make sure you keep your card even if you have breaks in your affiliation with the University, or you will be charged a lost card fee for a replacement. It is  valid for two years after your last affiliation with the Univerisity, however all privileges are eliminated upon departure from the University, with the exceptions of your Bear Bucks and Munch Money accounts.

All currently registered students and continuing employees should obtain a PolarExpress Card. The card can be used for meals, door access, library book checkout, student health services, the student rec center, and many other activities around campus. Cards are issued throughout the year and may be obtained as early as one week prior to the start of an academic session for new students. New staff may obtain a card any time after they receive their first pay check. Temporary employees are not eligible to receive a card.

Your first PolarExpress card is free. To replace any lost or stolen card, a fee of $15 will be charged for the first card, $20 for the second, and $25 for the third and any additional replacements.  Damaged cards have a $10 replacement fee.
