Tuition

There are residential, remote and commuter options for attending ASRA. Residential students live on campus in the dorm. Remote modules will travel off campus and live in campsites or research facilities. Commuters will travel from a home in Fairbanks each day.

Costs for these options are as follows:

Residential = $1200

Commuter = $800

Remote modules vary in price. There are increased costs due to travel, logistics, and insurance. These modules are supported financially by outside organizations. To sign up for a remote module one MUST choose the residential option.

ASRA is thrilled to announce two new major donors!

The New York Life Foundation

New York Life has offered full scholarships for nine rural Alaskan students in 2009, 2010, and 2011. Funding from New York Life will allow ASRA to extend its reach into rural and local schools during the year.

To qualify for the New York Life scholarship the student must live in a rural alaskan community.

To apply, fill out the financial aid form and specify the NYL scholarship.

Flint Hills Resources

Flint Hills has offered a generous gift to ASRA. This gift will help keep tuition low and support our efforts to reach as many students as possible.
