UAF Engineering Open House
-
The College of Engineering and Mines at UAF traditionally opens its doors to the public in March of each school year. Students, parents, and interested community members are encouraged to stop by the Duckering Building on the UAF campus and see what goes on "up the hill!" As part of this year's Open House, the Alaska Microgravity Team will be demonstrating our small satellite test procedures and discussing our project with anyone who would like to find out about this amazing opportunity.
-
Please check back in the Spring Semester for exact dates of the Open House.

Local School Presentations

We would like to share our project with as many students as we can in the Fairbanks area and elsewhere in Alaska. Contact us at fyspace@uaf.edu if you would like to see us in your classroom!

Alaska Microgravity Team Video

We're developing a video to showcase our activities throughout the design, development, and flight of our experiment. Through this project we hope to showcase the opportunities available through NASA's Microgravity University in an informative and entertaining media!
-
As the project progresses, we will upload pieces of the video for previewing. Keep an eye out for these fun clips!
