The flight instruments shall consist of one instrument quality magnetometer, one standard silicon temperature sensor, two silicon pressure sensors, and five accelerometers. The silicon temperature sensor will monitor ambient temperature within the payload. The pressure sensors are redundant and will measure ambient pressure within the payload. The accelerometer package will consist of measurements in the X,Y, and Z axes located at the center of rotation, as well as a tangential and radial components that shall be located some known distance from the center of rotation. These tangential and radial components will be used to calculate spin rate.
