Towards the end of each semester we plan to host a potluck for ANSEP students and friends.  It is an excellent chance for all of us to relax for a few moments as finals approach, chat, and enjoy some good food.  This year staff and students brought in  some outstanding food including:

  • Caribou soup

  • Salmon
  • Gumbo
  • Caribou with gravy and rice
  • Moose steak

• dessert / snacks
  • cookies
  • cup cakes
  • soda
  • smoked salmon dip

There was enough food but barely because most plates were pretty empty by the end of the hour!
