This delightful and timeless store was tape recorded in 1974 and transcribed and translated by James Kari and Paul George in 1990. The main character is a Stick Man, who is well known in Athabascan oral folklore in Alaska. He lives alone, has extraordinary powers, is rarely seen by humans, and can make himself invisible.
