Title Native Place Names of the Kantishna Drainage, Alaska.
Description:
Place names study derived from research conducted as part of the Kantishna Oral History project. Based primarily on interviews with Abbie Joseph, a speaker of Minchumina-Bearpaw Upper Koyukon.  She also knew Upper Kuskokwim names of some places.  Former Kantishna residents living in Fairbanks, Nenana, Tanana, Anchorage, and Minto were also consulted.
Comments
