The Alaska Native Language Archive was named an is now part of the Rasmuson Library at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.Guests of honor included Mikael Krauss, Steven Jacobson, James Kari,Larry Kaplan, Walkie Charles, Eliza Jones, Edna MacLean, Robert Charlie,  Lt. Governor Mead Treadwelland the Inu-Yupiaq Dancers.
Hosts were Bella Karr Gerlich, Dean of Libaries; Gary Holton, Director, ANLA; Mike Sfraga, Vice Chancellor for University and Student Advancement.
