A bit about me:
I'm a person. I love to travel, cook, meet new people, and I drink a lot of tea. I have a lot of energy, and I overthink a lot of things... such as "about me" blurbs.
Why did you choose to attend UAF?
The reason I initially chose UAF was the expense, but I shose to stay at UAF because of the community atmosphere and friends here.
What do you like best about UAF?
I like the laid-back atmosphere. You fit in by being different and interesting and people just accept you for who you are. The sledding is pretty fun too.
What do you like to do in your spare time? What extracurricular activities are you a part of?
I like skiing and sledding and I have a radio program at KSUA. I like making pies and bread too. I do intramural sports as well!
What is one piece of advice you would give to a prospective student interested in UAF?
Learn to love activities, especially in the cold -- if you get out and get active, you will enjoy life here so much.
What do you hope to do after you graduate?
I'm not sure what I want to do. I love to travel, though and at some point in the distant future, I want to open a bakery/ pie restaurant.
If you could live anywhere else in the world, where would it be?
Ecuador!
