A bit about me:

I love being outdoors and spending time in the mountains or on the river. I was born and raised in Fairbanks, and UAF has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

Why did you choose to attend UAF?

UAF has great natural science programs and is very affordable with lots of opportunity for undergraduate research as well as beautiful backcountry for adventuring.

What do you like best about UAF?

We have a very tight knit campus, and I always see friends on my way to and from campus.

What do you like to do in your spare time? What extracurricular activities are you a part of?

Road trips into the wilderness, skiing and kayaking are my favorite outdoor activities

What is one piece of advice you would give to a prospective student interested in UAF?

Come visit! There is no better way to experience UAF and the Fairbanks community than coming to see it.

What "field work" have you done at UAF that will help you find work in your major?

I have studied particulate matter pollution in Fairbanks.

What do you hope to do after you graduate?

I plan to follow-up my bachelors degree with medical school and then become a doctor.

If you could live anywhere else in the world, where would it be?

New Zealand
