A bit about me:

I'm a person that likes to be constantly on the go, and I don't believe in missed opportunities. I love trying new things, having fun and meeting people. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at UAF so far, and I don't see that changing any time soon!

Why did you choose to attend UAF?

I chose UAF because of its engineering program and my love for Alaska and winter.

What do you like best about UAF?

The awesome recreational trails on campus! They provide for epic biking and skiing with friends.

What do you like to do in your spare time? What extracurricular activities are you a part of?

Intramurals, volunteering with UAF Live, biking, New Student Orientation, skiing, hanging out with friends, sledding, 40 Below Club, snowboarding, attending SAO tradition events, Alternative Spring Break!

What is one piece of advice you would give to a prospective student interested in UAF?

Get involved in clubs, intramurals and organizations!

What "field work" have you done at UAF that will help you find work in your major?

Being involved in multiple engineering student groups -- SWE, SPE, AADE.

What do you hope to do after you graduate?

I hope to work on the North Slope of Alaska and to travel on my time off!

If you could live anywhere else in the world, where would it be?

Norway -- for the skiing!
