For faculty who know they are missing a class. A staff member from the Academic Advising Center can be a substitute in your course. We can provide information on Making the Most of the Academic Advising Relationship, Selecting Majors and Developing an Educational Plan. Any of our workshop series topics can also be presented in your class. Topics include Time Management, Note Taking, Test Taking, Learning Styles, Test Anxiety, Making Use of Texts and Creating a Four-Year Plan. Please contact us to avail yourself of this service. Two weeks notice is preferred. Attendance will be taken via sign in sheet during these sessions.
