Database management

Advancement Services is responsible for the maintenance and update of UAF’s constituents in the University of Alaska’s advancement database, the Raiser’s Edge.

This includes updates for:

• alumni
• donors
• employees
• other constituents

We are also responsible for ensuring data integrity and providing accurate reports on alumni and donors. We can provide UAF departments and certain outside entities with mailing lists or other types of lists upon request.

Data requests

Use the Data Request Form or Invitation List Form to submit a request. Please be as detailed as possible. If the information provided is to be used for fundraising purposes, you must send your fundraising materials to the Development Office for review and acceptance before we can provide you with the data.
