Data Collection
The GPS team has developed a survey form to collect data on processing times at the department level for grant setups, adjustments and revisions. All departments are asked to provide input for grants in their departments. This data will be collected from mid-May through mid-July; data analysis will begin in June. This data will help the team evaluate whether potential improvements will reduce overall grant setup time and/or simplify the process overall.
