Mission: The Division of Administrative Services inclusive of facilities services, grants and contracts, finance and auxiliary services, procurement, environmental health, safety and risk management, human resources, police, and fire is a team that collaboratively provides safe and effective services for students, faculty, staff and other constituents to achieve the University of Alaska Fairbanks mission. - Jan/2009

Improving Service and Communication

On February 13th, 2009 Vice Chancellor Pat Pitney started a monthly series of Open Forum's whose purpose is to inform university faculty, staff and students of upgrades in our service and to provide an opportunity for questions and answers. Present at the forums are the Administrative Services Directors and Associate Vice Chancellors which include: Edie Curry, Chief UAF Fire Department; Maggie Griscavage, Director of Grants and Contracts Administration; John Hebard, Director of Procurement; Bill Krause, Director of Environmental Health, Safety and Risk Management; Sean McGee, Chief of Police, Kathleen Schedler, Vice Chancellor Facilities and Safety; Stuart Roberts, Associate Vice Chancellor Financial Services.

The forums are held from 3:30 -5 PM and will be held on the following days:
