Classified Visits:

If you will be visiting a facility which requires facility clearance, please complete the Visit Authorization Letter (VAL) bold titled areas and attach it to an email to me at (Facility Security Officer). Be sure to provide me with a point of contact and both voice and fax numbers of your classified destination.

After my verification and certification, I will forward the VAL to the contact specified for your prospective visit.
