Fairbanks Weather Conditions - for reference only

    Note: Alaska is very cool ! Please be prepared. Extra clothes might be needed for outdoor programs,
             such as Technical Tour and Ice-Break Party (please refer to conference schedule).

             The low temperatures during the Conference might be as low as 55 degrees Fahrenheit (13 degrees Celsius).
             The good thing is that the lengths of day (daytime) are around 22 hours.


Airline Information - for reference only

The most convenient gateways from U.S. West Coast, hence from Pacific Rim, to Fairbanks, Alaska are:
         Seattle, Washington (airport code: SEA) and Anchorage, Alaska (airport code: ANC).

There are many direct flights from Seattle or Anchorage to Fairbanks International Airport (airport code: FAI) via Alaska Airlines.

Northwest Airlines and Delta Airlines, partners of Alaska Airlines, are usually good choices from itinerary point of view.
